 Dr./Fr. Coomaraswamy passed away?
Is this true?
Dear relatives and friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I have to tell you that Fr. Rama P. Coomaraswamy, M.D., F.A.C.S. had died last night in Arkansas where he was being treated for bone cancer.
I do not know the details yet but will alert you as soon as I know them.
During the past 7 or 8 years I got to know Father well. He was a close friend of the late Fr. Malachi B. Martin and in my humble opinion, Fr. Coomaraswamy possessed one of the greatest minds in the Catholic Church today. Father was a medical doctor, a surgeon, a psychiatrist and a Roman Catholic priest.
His website is an excellent source of his writings and books about true Catholicism. I urge you to review it while it is still available. Here it is:
REL - COOMARASWAMY WEBSITE
Please keep him in your prayers.
Sal

I read about this in TRADITIO as well. I enjoyed visiting his site and even corresponded with him once. His writings were excellent and very enlightening. I am very sad to see him go but then again I am glad he his come into his bliss. His faith was strong.
God Bless him.

Please offer up as many masses as possible for his soul! He was a great defender of the faith and instrumental in my conversion to traditional Catholicism.

Dear Stephen,
I don't know for sure, but I presumed that it was. May he rest in peace.

I had the great honor and pleasure of knowing Fr/Dr Coomaraswamy personally. He was a featured speaker at several of our CMRI Fatima conference meetings at Mt. St. Michaels in Spokne, WA. I was the driver for his trips to Geiger Field (the local Airport) and had a chance to discuss things with him while enroute - plus we corresponded over the internet. I really miss this most distinguished person.
