New post SSPX authorities on the outcome of the General Chapter
Fr. Morgan wrote:
As mentioned by Bishop Fellay in his ordination sermon at Econe on 29th June, the talks concerning a possible practical agreement with Rome are now back to square one (and this due to their insistence on the acceptance of Vatican II and the New Mass). Hence, as the declaration states, the Society is ‘waiting for the day when an open and serious debate will be possible which may allow the return to Tradition of the ecclesiastical authorities.’ This indeed has been the Society’s policy to date.

It is to be hoped that the faithful who have been understandably troubled by the prospect of a practical settlement without sufficient doctrinal redress on the part of Rome, will be reassured by the reiteration of this policy, and by the Society’s restated opposition to the errors of Vatican II and ‘the reforms issued from it,’ as well as its steadfast attachment to ‘the Catholic Faith in all its purity and integrity.’

Bishop Tissier wrote:
The difficult months that you and I have lived this year arose in our minds the same concern: it is impossible that we rally the modernistic Rome!

But let me tell you that I have full confidence in the guidelines that your two Superiors: Rev. Father Daniel Couture and Rev. Father Thomas Onoda will give you.

I fully rely on their spirit of fight in the line of the fight of our beloved and venerated Founder, Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre.

We need to remain one army in front of the Ennemy of the Church; united under the banner of the Immaculate, who will protect and strengthen the bastion that the SSPX constitutes, for the kingship of Christ the King.

Fr. Couture wrote:
A deal with modernist Rome?

Bishop Fellay said recently, in many public conferences in Australia, that nothing new would happen for the SSPX under the present pope. And if we consider the appointment last June of the German Archbishop Müller at the head of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith – he considers Vatican II as infallible - the present situation is going to continue as it is for many more years.

Some however thought and prophesised that Bishop Fellay was going to surrender the SSPX to the modernist authorities, to the conciliar errors and to the new mass. They were certain this was going to happen in June. But it didn’t. They then announced it was going to happen in July. It didn’t. Now they say it will be in October, or November, it will not. Or in 5 or 10 years. It will not! They are like the false prophets announcing repeatedly that the end of world is imminent, and that we should store food in our houses in preparation. As a consequence people live in constant fear of what might happen soon.

Those who are doing this today are leading souls by fear and away from Catholic Tradition.

The SSPX in Korea

Many false rumours and accusations are circulating at the present about the SSPX in Korea, unfortunately by some of our faithful who have now been caught in this “fear-ofa-deal” syndrome. Let me clarify this.

1. Our Holy Faith We profess as we have always done to maintain the Catholic Faith in line with the famous Declaration of Archbishop Lefebvre, in 1974:

We hold firmly with all our heart and with all our mind to Catholic Rome,
Guardian of the Catholic Faith and of the traditions necessary to the maintenance of this faith, to the eternal Rome, mistress of wisdom and truth.

We refuse on the other hand, and have always refused, to follow the Rome of Neo-Modernist and Neo-Protestant tendencies, which became clearly manifest during the Second Vatican Council, and after the Council, in all the reforms which issued from it. …

This is what we are, and, by the grace of God, what we will remain.

And Fr. Couture again:
Fr. Couture wrote:
“The deal”

They continue to claim with certainty that the Society of St Pius X is about to surrender to the modernist Rome: this prophecy was to be fulfilled first in June. It wasn’t. Then it was to take place in July. It didn’t. Now it is supposed to happen in October, or November. It won’t. But we hear from them that it will happen in 5 years, then in another five years (cf. sermon of Fr. Chazal in Cincinnati, USA, on August 12, 2012). It will not. They are like the false prophets (“Little Pebble”, etc.) announcing repeatedly – because, obviously, it hasn’t happened! - the imminent end of the world. They lead the faithful with the fear that this drama will surely happen. And they ignore all attempts to convince them that the facts prove them wrong:

- the constant and recent statements on the part of Bishop Fellay that the Society of St Pius X will not cease to condemn the errors of the Council and of the New Mass;
- the absolute insistence of the conciliar authorities which have openly, in the last 2-3 months especially, stated clearly that the SSPX would never be recognized if it rejects Vatican II and the New Mass.

So, as Bishop Fellay stated in his June 29th sermon, “we are back to square one”, which means at the position we have had ever since 1974, with the Declaration of Archbishop Lefebvre:

“We hold firmly with all our heart and with all our mind to Catholic Rome, Guardian of the Catholic Faith and of the traditions necessary to the maintenance of this faith, to the eternal Rome, mistress of wisdom and truth.

We refuse on the other hand, and have always refused, to follow the Rome of Neo-Modernist and Neo-Protestant tendencies, which became clearly manifest during the Second Vatican Council, and after the Council, in all the reforms which issued from it…”

Fr. Bouchacourt wrote:
I denounce with the strongest firmness the indirect accusations which were stated suggesting that the SSPX wanted to have a deal with modernism and to cease fighting for the defense of the Catholic Tradition.

These hints are unfounded, false, hurtful and injurious to our Superior General and to the SSPX’s members. I cannot admit them and remain silent. If Bishop Fellay has rejected Rome’s extended hand on June 13, is due to doctrinal reasons. And it is because we reject Vatican II imbued of modernism, which is the main cause of today’s Church’s ruin and we want to continue saying so, it is also because we reject the Novus Ordo Missae, which “in its ensemble and details”, departs from Catholic doctrine, that no practical agreement has been signed with Rome. This was the position of Archbishop Lefebvre in the past and this is Bishop Fellay’s position today. The General Chapter in July has confirmed it. Any other assertion is nothing more than manipulation or lie. Any prophecy about a practical agreement reveals a morbid imagination.

Fr. Black wrote:
Therefore the Society will continue its work much the same as before until God’s Providence decides that the propitious moment has come when the Church Authorities recognise the disastrous impact which the Second Vatican Council and the new liturgy have had upon the Church and our Society can be recognised and work with them for a true restoration of all things Catholic.

So that's four District Superiors and a bishop, all interpreting the General Chapter outcome in the same manner.
