New post The History and Application of Canon 1098 - The Jurist 1954
I saved this to my computer a few years ago, but can't remember where I retrieved it from online. It looks like I may have gotten from HeinOnline.

It's a 1954 article from the Catholic University of America's publication, The Jurist. (some info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Jurist:_Studies_in_Church_Law_and_Ministry). This particular article offers many interesting details about Can. 1098 and it's application, which is a canon concerning marriage that is more relevant today than it probably ever has been.
